All orders placed before 12pm (noon) will be processed and dispatched on the sameday (excluding the weekend).

All orders placed after 12pm (noon) will be processed (stock allocated to your order) but not dispatched until the following day (excluding the weekend).

In either case you will receive an email confirming your order has left us.

Republic of Ireland (New EU rules apply)	UPDATE: Regrettably shipping to Ireland has been suspended - as AN Post are rejecting legitimate declarations without explanation. We hope Royal Mail will resolve this soon and normal shipping can resume. Sorry, we are unable to deliver waste disposal units. But accessories can be sent by Royal Mail. (see shipping cost at checkout - Parcel/Large Letter) Please Note - You will not be charged UK VAT during checkout - but you may incur VAT/Taxes locally. All orders will have accompanying CN22 customs declarations. As the recipient - you will be responsible to pay these (if it occurs) before the parcel is released.

Our delivery service is via Parcelforce. When your order is dispatched - we will send an email containing your parcel's tracking information.
